Global Participant of the UN Global Compact

We are pleased to announce that Bradburys has joined the United Nations Global Compact.

The UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 9,500 companies and 3,000 non-business signatories based in over 160 countries, and more than 70 Local Networks.

In commenting on the company’s commitment to the UN Global Compact, Roger Marshall, Managing Director at Bradburys said, “Corporate sustainability strategies are embedded into the company’s operations and drive policy and procedure as well as our long-term strategy to confront human rights, labour, environmental and corruption issues.

As a global participant and in line with our commitment to the ten principles, we look forward to demonstrating its pursuit for continuous improvement in achieving fundamental corporate responsibilities and sharing the work and values of the United Nations Global Compact to other businesses, governments, and the wider community”.
