Staffing & Recruitment Stages

1. Identifying Your Needs

2. Talent Sourcing

3. Interviews

Once a candidate has passed the initial selection stage, we manage structured telephone, in-person and online interviews on your behalf to assess the candidate’s communication skills and overall fit for the position.

4. Vetting

Following the interview stage, candidates who are selected will be requested to complete our employment and verification vetting process which can incorporate any of the following compliance checks:
