Disability Inclusiveness & Accessibility

Home / Disability Inclusiveness & Accessibility

Disability goes beyond visible aspects, encompassing conditions such as dyslexia, hearing impairments, diabetes and learning disabilities.

Our efforts aim to foster inclusivity for all individuals we collaborate with, both within our organisation and in external partnerships to ensure that we support civilians including injured military personnel by offering increased employment opportunities, developing recruitment practices, retaining colleagues and providing career development for employees with disabilities.

Bradburys Global Risk Group is also a Disability Confident employer under the UK government’s Disability Confident initiative through the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).
