Bradburys believe in rewarding existing committed and professional personnel by aiming to promote internally, however, as a growing organisation we recognise the value in receiving spontaneous applications from individuals who support our work and feel that they have the required experience and key skills to bring to the company and our clients.

Application Process Guidance

1. Application Submission

If you are interested in working for a dynamic organisation in a fast-paced, challenging and diverse industry, the recruitment process begins when you submit your application to careers@bradburys.co.uk attaching the following items:

1. Covering Letter

2. Curriculum Vitae with a five-year checkable work history

3.
 Recent Passport/ID photo taken within the last six months

4.
 Copies of pertinent training, education certificates and relevant industry licenses

In order to make your application stand out from the rest, you may wish to include a short video of yourself stating your name; a little about yourself; relevant previous experience and why you would like to be a part of Bradburys.

We regret that we no longer accept employment enquiries via telephone.

2. Interviews

Upon receipt of your application, if you fulfil the required criteria and we feel that you can bring something exceptional to the company and our clients; our Human Resources department will contact you to arrange an initial telephone or online video interview.

Applicants who have a disability or disabilities are guaranteed an interview if the role criteria is met. 

Applicants with a Defence background including former service personnel, veterans and reservists are guaranteed an interview if the role criteria is met. 

3. Application Review

Following a successful interview, we will review and consider your application and suitability for the role. We endeavour to keep all candidates updated throughout the application journey.

4. Robust Vetting

Following a successful interview and review, at a base level you will be requested to complete our employment and verification vetting process in line with BS7858 vetting requirements, including the following compliance checks:

  • Identity verification
  • Address verification
  • Right-to-Work
  • Financial checks
  • PEPs & global sanction
  • Online presence & adverse media
  • Historical employment verification
  • Reference verification
  • Document verification
  • Biometric identity
  • Anti money laundering (AML)
  • Digital Identity Trust Framework
