The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, were adopted by the 193 United Nations Member States in 2015 as a universal call to action to address poverty, protect the planet and ensure that all people enjoy peace and prosperity by 2030.
There are 169 targets within the 17 SDGs which are integrated, indivisible and balance the three dimensions of sustainable development – economical, social and environmental.
Our Impact on the SDGs
SDG 1: No Poverty
End poverty in all its forms everywhere
Implementation
- Wage advances and financial support to employees in times of need. This was extended to employees whose partners/spouses faced redundancy during the pandemic
- Reduced service rates for individuals in low income parts of the world

- We annually discuss sustainability with our suppliers and seek to identify areas for improvement in a joint effort to make a further impact upon sustainable working practices and the 17 SDGs
