Introduction
Bradburys Global Risk Group considers the health and safety of employees, clients, contractors and members of the public to be of paramount importance and the company uses its best endeavours to make the workplace environment as safe as possible for all who are impacted by our operations.
The company recognises its duties under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and secondary health and safety legislation, and accepts its responsibilities for the health, safety and welfare of its employees and those who may be affected by their operations and activities to ensure the highest reasonably practicable standards of health and safety. When operating in countries outside of the UK, the company adheres to all local legislation and health and safety practices irrespective of whether our operations are being conducted within urban or remote locations; or benign or hostile environments.
Policy and Strategic Objectives
Our Health, Safety and Environmental Policy consists of a signed declaration on behalf of the firm and a series of policy objectives and details of the responsibilities of the company and employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. A copy of the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy is made available to all company employees.
A copy of our risk assessments and risk management documents for specific operations; countries; objectives and risk appetite, etc. will be brought to the attention of all employees of relevance through planned health and safety training and periodic health and safety awareness campaigns, reviews and assessments.
The content and effectiveness of our policy and health and safety measures are reviewed and revised as often as is necessary. Reviews will take into account any legislative or other relevant changes and details of such will be communicated to all staff as appropriate.
Everybody within the company has an important part to play but clear leadership from senior management is crucial and underpins all of the company’s actions to achieve good health, safety and environmental management practices which are comprehensive, effective, robust and compliant with statute, whilst being proportionate and achievable in the context of a what we do.
There is a clear policy in place which outlines our HSE objectives and KPIs and the company has established four strategic goals for HSE sustainability to meet all legislative requirements (including the Health and Safety at work act 1974 and the Management of Health and Safety at work Regulations 1999 including the Environmental Protection act 1990) and implement best practice in the areas of Safety, Security, Health and the Environment:

Bradburys Global Risk Group complies with the HSG65, the HSE’s Health and Safety management standard and follows additional standards and best practices. Bradburys Global Risk Group is SafePQQ verified. This accreditation goes beyond health and safety, to increase visibility of our compliance and meets the requirements of PAS 91 & ISO standards for supplier assessment and validation.
Bradburys Global Risk Group is Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Accredited. Approved by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), the Core Criteria was adopted by SSIP when the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) came into force and is committed to ensuring reduction in health and safety assessment costs and bureaucracy within the supply chain by making cross-recognition between member schemes as effective as possible.
Our accreditations demonstrates that Bradburys Global Risk Group is a safe, stable and ethical business to work with by making sure that we have the relevant health and safety procedures, policies, and documents in place to work safely and sustainably.
