How we support Defence Relationship Management
Flexible HR Policies
We support employment of reservists through flexible HR policies enabling them to take leave from the business to undertake operational deployments, support emergency situations in the UK, undertake military ceremonial duties and engage with schools, young people and cadets.
Honouring Mobilisation
We honour ‘call-out notices’ when reservists are required for mobilisation.
We provide employment opportunities for service leavers with more challenging transitions including the wounded, injured and sick. We are proud to employ ex-service personnel who have been injured during active service and also guarantee interviews for applicants with a Defence background if the role criteria is met.
We understand the stresses imposed on military spouses/civil partners when service personnel are deployed overseas. We have created opportunities for remote working roles for spouses/civil partners which can be undertaken whilst overseas.
