We are pleased to express our public support for the Partnership for Global LGBTI Equality (PGLE) and the United Nations Standards of Conduct for Business Tackling Discrimination against LGBTIQ+ People.

The PGLE is a coalition of organisations committed to leveraging their individual and collective advocacy to accelerate LGBTI equality and inclusion globally and drive positive change.

Through our continued commitment to the United Nations Global Compact on protecting human rights, we are able to accelerate in moving forwards to create an inclusive environment for the LGBTIQ+ community.

Under the UN LGBTI business standards we are focused on driving equality for LGBTIQ+ colleagues within our business and implement the United Nations Standards of Conduct for Business Tackling Discrimination against LGBTIQ+ into our HR policies and inductions processes.
